Equal parts vulnerable as she is cheeky, Rachel May’s outlaw jazz-grass and rootsy, troubadour soul-folk shines through a uniquely feminine lens. Hailing out of her hometown of Baltimore, Maryland, her music is curious, exploratory, and poignant in each song’s unraveling of itself.

Whether solo, with a string band, or accompanied by a full electric ensemble, RM continues to fortify her sound and grow in presence as a singer, songwriter, and bandleader in the DMV and beyond.
